KEY FUNCTIONS:
? Vendor factory assessments, in accordance with the Lands’ End Manufacturing SOPs.
? Vendor training to Lands’ End quality certification as per the QA Inspection SOPs.
? Updating QA certification list as and when each training session is complete.
? Forwarding Vendor reports to LE ASIA product Managers
? Daily or weekly touch base with the Asia quality team to understand all current quality issues through DC inspection or returns.
? Resolution of all Asia quality issues
? Devising quality corrective active plans for the required vendor factories.
? Ensuring an action plan is agreed by and put into action by the vendors where chargebacks or problems have arisen
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Set out an action plan from the Monthly updates of vendor quality performance
? Monthly updates of vendor training and calibration
? Can provide input and training for the Fit, Pre-Production and TOP approval processes.
? Advising from visits that vendors are maintaining production plans.
