职位描述：
? Responsibility:
– Leader of machine upgrades, production line logistics and tooling design and process project management
– Leader of process continuance improvement on machine capacity, labor efficiency and layout
– Leader of process value stream mapping optimization to attain lower WIP, less material moving and reduce seven wastes.
– Champion of lean manufacturing methodologies and technologies, mainly focus on SMED, SOP and visual factory
– Responsible for production standard manpower setup, process cycle time and line balance analysis, solutions and monitoring

? Requirements:
– Mechatronics bachelor with solid experience on fitter, machining, assembly and automation
– 2 years above IE experience
– Lean expertise ( GB or above will be preferred)
– Good leadership
– Good project management experience
