Job Description *
1. Production line layout planning and as a coordinator to drive new line setup to meet customer's requirement;
2. Time, motion, LBR study and define and maintain the standard time and output system;
3. Capacity and headcount planning and define the solution for capacity shortage situation to meet demand and revenue ramp up requirement;
4. Lean activities in workshop for OEE/LU, efficiency, quality and productivity improvement and cost reduction;
5. New product quotation;

Job Requirements *
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering and minimum 2 years IE/Lean experience;
2. Familiar with office tools and AutoCAD, it is better to have the simulation software experience;
3. Good communication and coordination skill, aggressive & driven spirit;
4. Good written and spoken English;
