Job Description *

1.Daily administrative work and coordination with each department;

2.Communicates and/or coordinates management's instructions and desires with various individuals and/or departments;

3.Dormitory &5S supervision

4.Canteen performance monitoring & endure food quality and the quality can meet the company requirement

5.Organize and support company activities: annual dinner, Birthday party, and outside travel, etc...

6.Perform other routine administration work when required.

Job Requirements *

1. University graduate or above;

2. Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in a multi-cultural environment;

3. Good communication skill, responsible, hard-working and team work spirit.

4. Smart and active, has passion on the job.

5. Familiar with MS office software (word, Excel, outlook, power point).
