Responsibility:
1. Daily work (attendance record, OT, shit arrangement, leave form ect.)
2. Admin work (dormitory application, telephone and phone charge application, name card application ect.)
3.IPR release and tracking
4. Expense reimbursement in System
5. Assist Manager daily work & logistic arrangement for customer when customer visiting FMTS

Requirements:
1.Skillful operation in office software (Excel, PPT, word )
2.Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
3. Good read written and oral speaking in English
4. Have sense of responsibility, working activity and enjoy challenging, can work under the pressure.
