职位描述：
Responsibilities:

? Follow up all the development request from N.Y. to execute the sample properly in designated area
? Execute all commercialization process work in designated area.
? Control the commercialization schedule to meet the factory cutting date to make sure the shoes can ship on time.
? Monitor factory SOP set up to ensure there is no process issue on production line.
? Ensure all production tooling is proper opened and set up right for production.
? Support PD on any technical issues to avoid any major production difficulties.
? Smooth transfer to QA from the first production to ensure the quality is meeting the expectation from customer.


Qualifications

? At least 6 years of footwear manufacturing experience in Sport shoes
? Knowledgeable in production processes and best practices
? Experience working with vendors in Asia
? Experience with high-end brand desirable
? Ability to communicate across multi-cultural and experience levels, internal & external
? Proven leadership skills and communication skills are the must 举报 分享
