职位描述：

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

1. Overall responsible for quality system running and optimization, realize company and customer expected quality objectives.

2. Supervise, inspect factory raw material, Semi-FG, FG quality control.

3. Lead quality team

4. To measure the quality performances of the organization, i.e. Customers’ Complaints, etc. against set targets, etc.;

5. Detect, Resolve and prevent quality issues/excursions in time ;

6. Liaise with customer and other related functional on quality related issue and obtains information to ensure process and product produced adhered to specification. Feedback to customer on timely manner;

7. Early engage in new product quality at NPI phase ,make sure technology meeting the specification. as well as provide feedback to manufacturing on all quality aspects;

8. Drive suppliers for continuous quality performance improvement;

9. Responsible for Nefab Dongguan quality system, ISO9001, ISO14001, CoC, RoHS included.

10. Responsible for customer audit and 3rd party audit. CIQ etc.…

11. Responsible of supervising and handling of customer complaints.

12. Responsible for raw material and outsourced products daily incoming inspection of customers, as well as handle the disposition of non-conforming material/products.

13. Responsible for the supplier quality management of outsourced products.

14. Safety related coordination.

15. Support AX and CAXA from process perspective.

16. Sales/Design support on FA and verification.

17. Performs other job task as when required by supervisor.

Job Requirements (skills and experience)

1. Bachelor degree or above desired.

2. Experience 8 years in manufacturing company, minimum -5 years Quality management experience in Manufacturing environment.

2. Skill Possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication and motivation skill at all levels of organization.

3. Language- both written and spoken in English and mandarin.

4. Sound knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO14001.
