职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
-Work with the global sourcing team to define and manage Strategic Development for the Mech category in Asia
-Sourcing new suppliers based on the global business development
-Make a good management on the supplier base, keep good relationship with suppliers
-Negotiate and review Contract and Prices with suppliers and lead the cost reduction to meet the company target
-Manage the full Supplier life, from activation to termination
-Support the R&D, new product introduction department on plastics category sourcing

Main requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree, Mechanical engineering background, MBA is a plus
-More than 8 years sourcing experience on mechanical commodities, rich knowledge and skills in plastics and metal components, deep understanding of the production process
-Familiar with the supplier bases across Asia, strong on new supplier development, price negotiation and cost down
-Speaks fluent English
-Excellent communication skills in an international working environment 举报 分享
