Responsibilities
? Strategic Workforce Planning
- Executes workforce plans for the Country/site by advising managers on organizational set-up, changes and hiring criteria.
? Engagement
- Consistently strives to improve engagement at country/local level;
- Supports designated manager with analysis and follow up of ViewPoint survey results;
- Implements GCoE Engagement initiatives in country/site.
? Change management
- Implement change initiatives and supports management & employees during organizational changes and restructuring programs using change management knowledge and tools.
? Organizational design
- Ensure strict adherence to the mandatory (Blue Print) org charts positions and job titles in the relevant country/site.
? Diversity & Inclusion
- Be a champion of diversity and inclusion
? Compensation & Benefits
- Manages local compensation and benefits within the global framework and guidelines.
? Restructuring & change programs
- Supports the implementations/execution of organizational changes and restructuring programs.
- Coordination of redundancy terms during restructuring programs in close cooperation with LCoE. Manages local compensation and benefits within the global framework and guidelines.
? Compliance
- Ensures compliance within the internal company policies;
- Focal point for HR related complaints ("Speak-up Process") in the country/ on site.
? Data collection & accuracy; HR KPIs
- Ensures all necessary data quality for the country/site (eg. OneView);
- Periodically and timely provides to the SMU/ Region the requested HR-related data (e.g. headcount movements, HS&E reports)
? Miscellaneous
- Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Delegation of current HSE&S responsibilities and tasks are attached to the job description in a separate document. This is normally only applicable for managerial jobs.
Job Requirements
? At least 5 years of work experience with wide knowledge in all HR fields
? HR experience in manufacturing site support is essential
? Strong communication and coordination skills
? Bachelor Degree major in HR and related major is preferred.
? Proficient in both written and oral English
