eFlash/eHV/TSV/BSI Process Senior Engineer
Job Description
*Specialty process platform (eFlash/eHV/TSV/BSI, etc.) transfer & setup.
*Product yield improvement and maintenance.
*New product and process pilot run. Device and process development to meet customers’
requirement.
*Introduction of new customer device into the FAB.
*Design of Experiment for process margin improve.
Education and Experience
*PhD / Masters in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Chemical Engineering with least 2 years of
experience in semiconductor
*Experience in Specialty process (eFlash/eHV/TSV/BSI) are preferred
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities :
*Excellent Communication & Inter-Personal skill
*Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment
*Must Possess Positive attitude, Self –Starter & Team Player
*Must have a good understanding of device physic and CMOS fabrication processes.
*Willing to take extra effort to complete the task on schedule.
