As a cost team leader 作为成本团队的负责人：
？牵头整车、发动机零部件成本发析及目标设定
Pilot the activities of component cost analysis and target setting for vehicle and engine project.
？牵头项目成本管理,达到项目各节点交付要求
Pilot cost management operationally and meet the expectation of project deliverables for each milestone
？确定项目的经济状况，实现最佳经济效益
Establish the economic situation of the project. And the economic optimization.
？牵头项目预算管理
Pilot the budget management of the project.
？实施经验反馈
Implement experience feedback.

任职要求/ Qualifications：
？本科以上财务或汽车相关专业
Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Financial or Automotive related
？5年以上汽车行业工作经验。3年以上汽车、技术经济分析工作经验
5 years above automotive working experience and at least three years’ experience in automotive, technical and economic analysis.
？良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力
Excellent communication skills and leadership behavior.
？ 熟悉中国会计准则、汽车及零部件成本构成、测算的基础知识，VAVE价值分析和价值工程的基本知识和方法;
Acquainted with PRC GAAP, the cost structure& estimation of vehicle and parts, the knowledge and method of VAVE.
？良好的英文能力,通过英语四级
Fluent English skills is required，CET-4 is must.
