职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Assist HRD in organizing and managing all C&B activities of the HR department. Participates in developing departmental goals, objectives and systems.
2. Supervise the C&B operation, including payroll, social benefits, policy / program implementation, internal and external audit etc. and make sure the accuracy and effectiveness.
3. Design, implement and develop compensation & benefits policies and programs, including reward & recognition programs, retention programs, short/long term incentive scheme, service award scheme, long sick leave management and etc.
4. Analyze market remuneration, lead and/or participate annual market total remuneration survey and other surveys in China.
5. Construct Salary Structures, and review every year based on the target position of the company in the market and market movement.
6. Based on market total remuneration survey result, analyze data, report conclusion and recommend remuneration change
7. Recommend annual salary increase/bonus payout budget and guidelines, and get approval from Corporate.
8. Lead annual salary review process
9. Lead C&B function pass internal and external audit, such as SOX, CSR and etc.
10. Lead the C&B reporting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency.
11. Provide support to other HR functions, Participate in project of HR relatives,
12. Manage, coach, counsel and evaluate team members.
13. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department
14. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.

任职要求：
1. 10 + years solid working experiences in multination and joint-venture manufacturing companies, Semiconductor or related companies are preferred
2. Excellent expertise and in-depth knowledge in C&B
3. Good knowledge of HRIS , such as Vanguard, SAP, Kronos or other popular HR system of market
4. Have good experience on Project Management (Candidate be able to share 1-2 projects what has done during the interview)
5. Great leader and team player with strong initiatives, right focus and priorities.
