Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate daily record of all receiving activity to be communicated to Finance/Accounts Payable.
Keep track of Delivery Note, Good Receipt & Invoice to ensure accurate physical and financial accounting of all transactions
准确维护每天的实际收货记录,并和财务/应付帐款部门保持沟通。跟踪提货单、收据/发票,以确保所有实物交易与财务数据相匹配。
2. Ensure quantities are in line with Purchase Order and check delivery date vs PO request
确保产品数量与采购订单一致,并检查交货日期与订单要求是否一致。
3. Work closely with Production & Supply chain to optimize incoming shipment.(Just In Time delivery Target).
与生产部及供应链部门一起,优化收货流程(目标:JIT)。
4. Act as contact point for Quality department to ensure effective quality control at all stage of production
Inform & remind of incoming shipment & WIP/FG production to complete inspection in time and follow up inspection results to record defective/damages products. Ensure proper action plan are in place to manage defective product (return to supplier, sorting/reworking product…)
作为与质量部门沟通的联系人,应确保产品在每一个生产阶段都得到有效的质量控制。及时的通知质量部门对来料、在制品及成品做质量检验,同时跟进质量检验的结果,并记录任何的不良或损耗,以确保不合格的产品都有采取正确的跟进措施(例如:退货,挑选或返工等)
5. Monitor inventory flows in ERP System => from Ship IN to Ship OUT
Execute receiving, transferring , consumptions, adjustments, good produce and shipping procedures (receive material into the system, transfer to production, distribute finished goods to customers)
在ERP系统上监控库存流向情况,从入库到出库。在ERP系统内执行收货,转移,消耗,调整及出货等相应操作(收货到系统,移库到生产部,分配成品到客户等)
6. Working with Production to record daily Product Produce & Product Consumed
Keep track of scrap rate, research and resolve inventory discrepancies
登记每天生产产出及消耗情况,跟踪报废率,调查及解决库存差异问题。
7. Organize and optimize all warehouse space to ensure goods are kept in safety condition while minimizing loading times and maximizing operators’ efficiency
组织和优化仓库空间,以确保仓库的物料都是在安全的状态下存放,并使装货时最小化及操作效率最大化。
8. Coordinate monthly inventory report &reconciliation vs ERP system
建立月度库存报告并确保库存报告的数据和EPR系统一致。
9. Negotiate with local suppliers for various warehouse supplies and services
与当地供应商就不同的仓库供应及服务进行谈判。
10. Organize Stock Taking every quarter
组织每季度的库存盘点。
11. Other tasks assign by manager
部门主管分配的其他工作任务。
Competencies and Other Requirements:
1) College graduate, prefer study of logistics.
大专以上学历,物流管理专业优先考虑。
2) 2-3 years of working experience in inventory and PMC job.
2-3年库存及PMC工作经验。
3) Working experience in international company is preferred.
有外资公司工作经验优先考虑。
4) Good communication in written English.
英语水平良好。
6)Personality Traits: Well organized, Problem-solver, Positive attitude
良好的组织协调能力,积极的工作态度。
