General Overview

Reporting directly to the AGI VP Banner Manager, you will be responsible for the building and communication of strategic visual sequences for our franchisees.

Key Responsibilities

主要职能

· Support all aspects of the Visual Presentation and AGI departments

全面支持店面陈列

· Travel on a consistent basis in order to visit stores and support store openings

经常出差以支持店面布置和新店开张

· Provide clear communication of visual presentation strategies

· Conduct a call once a week, with every region, to develop and maintain Franchisee

relationships.

和各个地区保持每周一次电话会议，以发展和维护同经销商的关系

· Conduct a call once a week with the AGI Banner Manager, to communicate updates on respective regions.

每周和Banner Manager进行电话会议汇报一周工作

· Write memos and documents in a professional manner

专业的文档撰写能力

· Adapt all VP sequences to each region’s needs

根据各地区情况灵活调整产品陈列

· Ensure proper implementation of VP and sales strategies at the franchisee level

确保加盟商在VP和销售策略方向的实施

· Analyze photos sent by the Franchisee, and complete a feedback report for each opening and monthly photo reception scheduled.

分析加盟商送交的商店有关图片，在加盟商每个商店开张是都提供完整的报告

· Analyze store photos sent by the Franchisee, and provide feedback to the AGI Sequence Manager on a regular basis.

定期给总部陈列经理汇报加盟店情况

· Support the ALDO Group International department in all other aspects of visual Presentation when required

有需要时需支持Aldo国际部门的其它VP业务

· Present ideas and solutions to better the advancement of the organization internationally

组织内部工作优化，提供合理化建议和解决方案

· Provide a consistent follow up at the stores after every tactical or practical move

Key Requirements

主要要求

· College or University degree, or equivalent experience

专科以上学历，或相当的学历

· 2-4 years experience as a Store Manager

2-4年店铺经理经验

· Strong retail background

有零售工作背景

· Proven creative track record

有过去成功工作经验证明

· Leadership skills (with the potential to become a Banner Manager)

领导能力（有成为陈列经理的潜力）

· Team player

团队合作能力

· Ability to travel 8- 12 weeks per year (internationally)

每年能出差8-12周（国际性出差）

· must be from Hong Kong

必须是来自香港

· Strong computer skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office)

· Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
