职位描述：
- Act as local brand building for homecare and refreshment brands in China eCommerce space that don’t have local brand support (e.g. import brands that China doesn’t carry offline). Support these brand development teams (most outside China) to work out China eCommerce business plan. And, provide China eCommerce Business Team with localized brand strategy, execution guidelines, equity assets, and campaign ideas that fit for China eCommerce channel.
 
- For mid-term and long term homecare and refreshment brand development plans, act as eCommerce business partner, work with brand development teams, to jointly analyse market potentials, consumer behaviours, retailer mix, competitor landscape, etc, then develop solid eCommerce business plans as part of the integrated brand launch business case.
 
- Act as brand building person and work seamlessly with BD, develop brand guidelines, assets, and creative campaign ideas for eCommerce Business Team to win in the online shopper market. 举报 分享
