职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information. Process orders. Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company.
To handle incoming enquiries (by both e-mail & phone) in a mature and professional manner
To process customer’s order efficient and accurately
To closely monitor the order status and maintain up-to-date information (e.g. CS agreed date) in system
To handle customer’s complaint in a professional way
To work with customer / planner / logistics colleagues closely to make sure delivery on time
Identify customer’s specific needs and escalate their concerns to team leader when it is necessary
To strictly follow company policies such as storage charges and cancellation charges with customer
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
Good service minded
Strong in problem solving
Details-oriented
Proactive working attitude
Abel to work under pressure, mature, independent and self-motivated
3 years+ work experience, preferred in foreign company 举报 分享
