International Pre-Sales & Service Engineer (m/f)

Job brief
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated engineer to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction through delivering his/her know-how to colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities
？Installation, maintenance and service of our machines on-site at our customers worldwide
？在海外客户现场安装，维修设备（主要国家美国，欧洲，俄罗斯，亚洲等）
？Responsible for timely remote support
？对海外客户提供及时和负责的远程支持
？Brief and train customers
？对客户进行软件和操作培训
？Advise and support internal colleagues on technical issues
？对设备的一些改进提供一些技术建议
？Support Sales department in regards of technical questions of potential customers
？配合销售对客户进行售前技术支撑
？Actively participate in Exhibitions, Open Houses or other Marketing events
？积极配合参加海外的展会和市场等活动

Requirements
？Bachelor in Automation or Electrical Engineering
？自动一体化、电气自动化专业，懂松下PLC，伺服电机
？Minimum 3 years of technical service experience preferably in the 3D Printing Sector or traditional manufacturing
？三年以上售后工作经验，有3D打印或者有传统加工例如CNC，机械加工等工作经验优先
？Experienced in 3D CAD, such as SolidWork, 3DMax, Maya
？了解3D建模软件，例如SolidWork, 玛雅，3D max 等
？Excellent skills in Mandarin and English (in speaking and writing)
？能够流利用英语交流和书写
？Willingness to travel up to 80% worldwide
？能够胜任80%的出差时间
？Strong service-orientation
？有很强的服务态度
？Confident trouble shooter, analytical thinker
？善于分析处理问题，善于交流
