Job description
1, Managing AR team in DG office, review subordinate work and coach them with A/C principle.
2, In charge of debit note of sample & other expenses such as : fabric left, screen cost, fitting charge etc…, as well as credit note.
3, Fully responsible for DG office’s local accounting affairs, providing A/C reports by monthly such as: expense & facility fees, actual & budget analysis.
4, Liaise with customer & vendors for monthly statement for all regions, including US, EU, Japan and Korea etc..
5, Balance/adjust the A/C if any discrepancy occurred and follow with supplier/customer,
6, Liaise with HK accounting dept + SH accounting for any issues of AR.
7, liaise with line dept on the problem of shortage/overpaid, and provide the solution if any.
Requirements:
1, University above in finance or equivalent.
2, At least 5 years experience in finance or accounting, in which at least 2 years experience of supervisor role
3, MNC company experience is preferred
4, Good command of English both speaking and written, Cantonese is preferred.
5, Strong personality, willing to drive to solution, Good interpersonal skills
6, Strong computer/financial systems literate skills (Excel, Access, Microsoft Office products)
