职位描述：
Reports to: Senior Quality Manager.
Purpose of the Job Role:
- To carry out quality audits of finished products at suppliers manufacturing premises.
- Audits will be based on BS6001 : 1999 AQL 2.5 Major / 4.0 minor single sampling plans with review of workmanship, measurement and packaging.
- This will involve working directly with suppliers throughout the China region in establishing and tracking production schedules.
- The ability to travel within the China region to suppliers is a major requirement for this role.
Key Accountabilities:
- To lead initiative assuring company quality standard are clearly understood and maintained at all suppliers.
- Provide feedback to team leader regarding supplier / factory performance in audits.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with Direct / Full Service Vendors in the region.
- To input quality audits data into company’s database on a timely manner (SGS - M&S Firewall inspection database and ediTRACK subject to the system availability).
- Work closely with UK and HK RO tech teams.
- Undertake projects at the discretion of the QA Manager communicated through the Senior QA Auditor.
- Support suppliers in the use of SGS and ediTRACK quality audit tool.
- To manage relationships with key suppliers in the best interests of company.

Technical Skills / Systems Skills:
- Have a Textile Degree in Technical Apparel or Textile Science and Manufacturing.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Apparel / Textile quality auditing or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication skills with solid people skills and a real team player approach.
- Familiar with UK and EU retail market requirements and country or region industry.
- Good understanding in reading and written English with CET 6 is essential.
- Oral English is advantageous and local provincial dialect / language.
- Are self motivated with strong initiative, analytical and organizational skills.
- Work under high pressure with minimal supervision and ability to travel extensively.
- Have interest in quality management, defect prevention and consumer satisfaction.
- Computer - literate with good MS Excel spread sheet skills. 举报 分享
