职位描述：
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years' experiences in sourcing in leather and fabric, ability to understand technical,
2. Bachelor degree and above and major in textile and leather Engineering.
3. Experience in supplier quality management or quality control, process control in manufacturing.
4. Strong problem solving and project management skills
5. Cost saving analysis and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
6. Knowledge-based negotiation on price, conditions, payment terms and contract requirement.
7.Experience in garment, fashion or bag industry is preferred.
8. Strong communication with supplier about commercial clause
9. Fluently in both written and spoken English
Job Descriptions:
1. Routine RFQ of Leather and Textile components, Provide competitive price to PM. Negotiation with suppliers for competitive price. Develop appropriate supplier align with the commodity strategy.
2. Develop a supply base that will have consistent deliveries, high quality levels and continual cost reductions.
3. Program manage cost reduction projects for Leather and Textile commodities
4. Fully understand product technical requirements;
5. Visit current and potential suppliers as needed to facilitate strategic relationship and assist in supplier audits;
6. Responsible for supplier selection and development process;
7. Manage supplier performance and supplier relationships;
8. Analyze material cost trend and technology roadmap;
9. Support SQE on supplier quality improvement program;
10. Assist design Center on NPI’s and other activities;
11. Negotiating cost reductions even when raw materials prices are going up;
