1、具有3年以上相关产品外观设计或结构设计经验；有相应的美工基础，对欧美市场的产品需求有一定的了解；

2．熟练运用相关软件如AutoCAD，PRO-E，Adobe Coredraw或Adobe Illustrator；
3、充分相关行业发展动态，能够准确理解客户需求，并能独立完成新产品外观及结构设计；具有较强的开拓创新精神；

4. 对从事过LED手电筒或是潜水手表行业的择优录取
5、能够独立编写产品的各类技术文件；
6、能够跟进新产品的试产、量产。对过程中遇到的问题能够及时分析解决；
7、遵守公司的各项规章制度，有良好的职业操守和团队合作精神，对工作积极,认真,负责,精益求精；

8、英文流利, 要求能用英文编制所有技术文件.
