LOCAL RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. People in Training organization
？ Leadership and development of the people within the training organization based on philosophy and framework given by LC and LCI.
？ Ensures high quality in training delivery, and secure training direction for the area
？ In collaboration with area leaders (e.g. Shift Leaders) and Learning Center ensure effectiveness and stability of the training organization
2. Training Documentation
？ In close cooperation with LC and LCI ensures world-class standard of process documentation in the area, by following the global standard for documentation
3. Local deployment
？ Deploy necessary infrastructure to reach the goals of the training organization (processes, KPIs, visual management etc.)
？ Support continuous improvement of the training organization
？ Actively supports area in achieving the desired level of training/workforce flexibility
？ Acts as a strong partner for LC, LCI and area leaders – as part of the leadership team in the area representing the training organization and the training needs
？ Analyze training needs coming from strategic initiatives, Business Plan and MWB’s, into training capacity needs
GLOBAL RESPONSIBILITIES：
？ 1. Build strong global relationships with colleagues from other sites at all levels of the organization.
2. Actively promotes coherence and collaboration between the plants and departments.
3. Acts as an ambassador of the global alignment of processes and training documentation
QUALIFICATION：
1. EXPERIENCE: approx. 5-7 years of experience within the functional area combined with experience with learning and training activities. Approx. 2-3 years of leadership experience
2.EDUCATION: a specialized education being relevant for the functional area coupled with learning skills and interest in learning activates
3. OTHER: willing to travel approx. 20 days a year. Oral English should be very fluently
