We are looking for an experienced QA Assistant, with commercial experience and a background in QA and QC, to work in our China office, located in Changping, Dongguang.

This role will involve:

As a QA Assistant, your primary focus will be to support the HK Technologist in all areas of QA and QC whereas business will be introduced by the HK Technologist. You will work together closely, as part of the team, to ensure that support is given to all areas of the business.

To Co-ordinate the Inspection schedule for QC's on a weekly basis and arrange with suppliers the DPI and FRI Inspections that will take place.

To make a report of the monthly inspections, weekly inspection schedule and inform relative persons.

To arrange QC staff trip schedule in line with the inspection schedule, communicate with suppliers for inspection arrangement.

In this role, you should have the following personal profile:

· Outstanding organisational skills with a professional and mature manner

· High level of attention to detail

· Experienced administrator

· Excellent communication skills

· Proficient in English language, both oral and written and in Putonghua and written Chinese

· Proficient in MS Office, Outlook

· Work well within a team

· Proactive and results orientated with the determination to see projects through from start to finish

· Experience in QA, QC, liaising with factories advantageous
