Job Title: Senior ERP Application Specialist

Location: Guangzhou or Tianjin

Position Specification:

· Responsible for JDE Finance implementation / upgrade / rollout / Enhancement projects; application issue resolution and application change requests - enhancement development of programs, reports & interfaces.

Basic Accountabilities:

· JDE Finance implementation / upgrade / rollout / Enhancement projects.

· Provide JDE 9.0.2 expertise / consultancy to project core team members.

· Oracle UPK (User Productivities Kit) training portal / material development & maintenance for JDE knowledge repository.

· Resolution of JDE Finance application, database integrity and system performance issues and financial month / year end closing support.

· Ensure China Model Alignment In China Entities / JDE 9.0.2 or higher Versions.

· Maintenance & Improvement of JDE Finance China Model standard & processes, data action lab, security matrix, approval routings, data archive & purge scheme, ESU & Paper Fix List.

· Application change feasibility study & proposal, functional specification preparation, application test for enhancement projects.

· Application test for Database / Tool Release upgrading and DR drills.

· JDE operational benchmark & system performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor Degree or above major in Finance / Accounting, IT or related specialty.

· Experience: At least 3-5 years JD Edwards ERP project implementation experience in different finance areas; JDE 9.0 implementation experience is a MUST.

· Language: Good Chinese and English communication skills in both verbal and written forms.

· Computer Skills: JDE Finance issue resolution & recommendation, MS SQL knowledge is preferred.

· Other Key Competencies: Customer-oriented and service excellence attitude; Result focused and pro-active; Coordination and documentation skills; Teamwork spirit.

· Can travel in China when project / work need.
