职位描述：
PURPOSE:

Responsible for design, manufacture, overhaul, refurbish and installation of machines and equipment.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:

Responsibilities：

？ Responsible for design, manufacture, overhaul, refurbish and installation of machines, automation and equipment.

Task：

？ To overhaul and refurbish machines and deliver to various sites to meet company’s strategies.
？ To design, manufacture and install machines, automation and equipment utilizing innovation improvements and higher degrees of design standards.
？ To design and make critical imported machine spare parts locally and supplies to various sites. Working with Procurement Engineer…provide detailed drawings within the company standards
？ To provide training protocols and plans to operations, operators and maintenance personnel.
？ Provide and ensure detailed project management plans and schedules for all projects.
？ Ensure project deliveries are to high quality standards, on-time and within budget.
？ Ensuring the health and safety of personnel is a priority both during design and project execution. Including meeting all safety standards that are required within company Standards.
？ Project leader capabilities were as leading the team in structure.


HACCP
1. Can demonstrate an understanding of the HACCP principles.
2. Demonstrate departmental and personal requirements necessary to ensure HACCP compliance. (Hygiene requirements, dress and jewellery standards, glass and foreign metal objects standards, food and drink standards.)


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

？ Engineering degree qualified with over 3-5 years’ experience working in metal machining, machine maintenance, or engineering design, automation, preferably from packaging industry.
？ Good knowledge of PLC progr, CAD (Solidworks/AutoCAD), Problem Solving, Project Management (MS Project), and quality management will be advantageous.
？ Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both oral and written demonstrated by the ability to effectively present information and lead meetings and discussions.
？ Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment, interacting effectively with multiple cultures and objective minded.
？ Problem solving and detailed analysis evaluation process skills.
？ Open minded thinker…present design concepts and discuss options with teams.
？ Project leadership skills.
？ Good report writing skills and computer skills.
？ Good English communication skills in both oral and written.
