ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible to the daily technical service
ACCOUNTABILITIES
l Assisting dealers to take care of after-sale service in China; providing dealers with technical support.
l Provide dealer with product and technical training.
l Key project technical support about product installation, troubleshooting.
l Keeping in close contact with German Technical Service Center, seeking technical support and feeding back quality information.
l Translating technical material.
Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
l College degree
l Good English skills both oral and written
Skills:
l Technical Service experience >2 years
l Familiar with sanitary or other relative product
l Willingness to travel.
l Good communication skills
l Team spirit
