MISSION
Acquire new customers and exploit the market, maintenance relationship with customers
MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
? New business development in the area and meet the company target.
? Work on the sales plan and advertising plan to increase brand awareness.
? Maintain the current customers' relation and develop new customers for the Shanghai
? Establish the business network for Shanghai
? Work closely with financial department for the credit loaned to customers.
? Following closely the financial status of the customers
JOB DIMENSIONS
Impact
Develop ne wproducts, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organisations business strategy, with a direct impact on business overall results - 16 - 20%
Communication
Convince external parties to accept complete proposal and programs where there is little interest in co-operating or participating
Innovation
Analyze complex issues and improve or adapt methods and techniques.
Knowledge
Apply deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several related job areas.
COMMENTS
1. University degree above.
2. At least 5 years sales experience in Multi-company.
3. Have good experience to deal with different levels of management people.
4. Have good experience of business development in electric field.
5. Strong communication skill and good team player.
6. Need to have strong problem solving ability and fast decision making under the authority.
