职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
? Take overall responsibility of targeted financial shared service operation functions and ensure to achieve expected results;
? Identify potential risks of covered functions, assist on developing related strategies and work out plans to address and solve them;
? Ensure the covered functions are operated according to request control and compliance which includes but not limits to U.S. GAAP, P.R. China accounting statute and company accounting rules, policies and guidelines;
? Continue to improve covered functions service level, effectiveness and efficiency;
? License Project planning with stakeholder team: establish an overall project plan including key milestones and milestone criteria, and drives progress to achieve project plan within time and budget constraints;
? Creating and maintaining project schedules and ensure all business requirements met with good quality;
? Aggregates, organizes, and synthesizes program and project information in order to communicate with extended team and management;
? Manage and maintain good relations with related stake holders;
? Recruit, coach, train, develop and manage the team.
Main Requirements:
? Bachelor degree and above, major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
? Around 10 years accounting and financial experience with about 5 years management experience, financial project management experience preferred, Shared Services experience preferred, fortune 500 companies work experience preferred; CIA & CPA holder preferred;
? Good people management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, influence skills, project management skills, process management skills, problem solving skills, and customer oriented;
? Fluent both oral and written Chinese and English;
? Good computer skills and excellent Excel skill;
? Integrity, positive, independent, self-motivated, fast learner, responsible, open, flexible, well-organized, team player and able to work under pressure.
