高级生产主管/Senior Production Supervisor—知名外资制造性企业

Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for line OEE/Productivity/ Wastage target. Standard operating procedure implement, Responsible for line consumable control;
2. Ensure effective EHS activity implementation for achieving line EHS target. Focus on 5S to maintain the Line at good standard;
3. Responsible for quality control system implement. Keep improving the quality performance;
4. Administrate operators in terms of training and meeting. Line working schedule arrangement and OT control.

Job Requirements:
1. College and/or above;
2. At least three years working experience in production management;
3. Good at analysis and problem solving;
4. Good interpersonal and leadership skills;
5. Able to work independently, proactive and a good team player;
6. Good command of both written and spoken English.

工作职责：
1. 负责按时交货率、生产率和损耗等目标的达成；标准操作规程的制定和执行和耗材控制；
2. 协助制定安全规程并严格执行，确保达到安全目标。执行5S要求以达成标准产线；
3. 负责质量控制体系的有效执行，持续提高质量；
4. 执行相关培训。日常工作安排和加班控制。

工作要求：
1. 大专学历及以上；
2. 至少3年以上生产现场管理经验；
3. 良好的分析问题和解决问题能力；
4. 拥有较强的沟通及领导能力；
5. 能独立工作，并拥有团队精神；
6. 良好的英语听说能力。
