Purpose of Position:
As a member of the Information Technology - Infrastructure Team, the Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the implementation and support of Information Technologies used by Manufacturing and all support groups within one or more facilities.

Principal Accountabilities:

? Responsible for the implementation and support of Event, Incident, Request, Problem, Access, Service Desk, Change, Release and Deployment, Service Asset and Configuration, knowledge management.
? Responsible for the planning, design, installation, monitoring and support of hardware and software.
? Responsible for standards, policies and procedures in accordance with corporate and customer objectives to improve system availability, reliability, recoverability and manageability.
? Participates in all phases of storage Administration, analysis, and monitoring at a highly technical level; analyse complex computer system requirements to provide integration and implementation supports
? Troubleshoots, manages, and maintains system performance. Monitors capacity versus utilization for hardware, system throughput, and licensing. Recommends appropriate actions on a timely basis to avoid performance degradation and/or oversubscription.
? Daily check for system, network performance, storage capacity, backup completion, anti-virus protection. Review and validate disaster recovery plan. PC installation and deployment.

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

? University Degree, College Diploma or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
? A minimum of 5 year experience in the Principal Accountabilities described above.
? Familiar with hardware (HP Server, HP SAN, VMWare Virtualization, Cisco Firewall, H3C Switch, Barracuda Backup & Web Filter), software (Windows Server & Desktop, Windows Exchange & Office 365, Sophos).
? Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows Server (Domain, DNS, AD, Exchange, Share Point and Terminal), PC Operating System and hardware.
? ITIL certification is preferred.
? Good organization, planning, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required.
? Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to prioritize and deal with many issues on time.
? Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies, tools, and applications related to job.
? Communicate with users, vendors, and others in a professional manner.
? Conform with regulations, policies, values, work procedures and instructions.
? Able to communicate in English Language (listening, writing, speaking).

? This position involves working on multiple projects/tasks with tight deadlines.
? Due to the evolving nature of technology, training and/or continued education may be required to function effectively in this role.
? As a member of the Information Services team you may be required to work off-hours and/or after-hours in support of our manufacturing operations. Every attempt will be made to minimize this.
