职位描述(Job description)：

1. To build up solid pipeline and develop new business opportunities, generate hot leads to achieve revenue goal

2. To manage internal/external resources then build up business proposal to meet customer's requirement

3. Acquire new clients by providing solution proposal according to the business needs.

4. Lead an internal virtual team to provide the RFP, quotations during the bidding process

5. Collect and analyzes sales & marketing information from various sources

6. Establish and maintain good relationship with our clients & partners requirements

职位要求(Job requirements)：

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Sophisticated market knowledge, solid experience in solution and service product sales, formal bidding skills (RFP/RFI/RFQ) are required; especially with major, Finance, telecom or Automobile Industry operators and a demonstrably successful career to date.

3. Fluent spoken and skillful written English.

4. Preferable to have good knowledge of CRM solutions.

5. Able to deploy the business development independently be used to face high sales pressure and challenge.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

7. B2B industry solution selling，Financial industry or telecom industry experience is preferred.
