Regional Financial Controller（APAC）/亚太区财务总监

Main Responsibilities:

1. Overall in-charge for all Finance responsibilities within Greater China Region & Southeast Asia Manufacturing & Supply Chain Organization
2. Accountable for the accounting/finance operations, business and financial planning, financial control and management reporting, working capital management, operational liaison, forecasts and budgets with subsidiaries and regional HQs.
3. Develop and implement the finance system, finance policies and procedures according to the business /operation needs and along with the corporate guideline and policies. Ensure that proper accounting policies and procedures are in place and are meeting local and international standards.
4. Provide timely management and consolidation of the financial reporting on regular basis, and assist the top management in reporting to, and liaising with, the related departments (e.g. Internal Audit, Manufacturing and Production Planning, Sales & Marketing etc.) of the China Operations as well as regional management team.
5. Maintain a strong and healthy internal control system for country operations as per the corporate internal control policies and requirements.
6. Spearhead each company’s financial planning process (strategic planning, budget and forecast) to ensure that sound financial plans are developed and quantified.
7. Contribute to the development of the company’s budgetary and strategic goals, through the management of the budgeting process, and the completion of financial analysis of company performance against budget and forecast.
8. Formulate, review and implement financial policies, procedures and measures, congruent to group principles, to ensure an efficient management of each company’s working capital resources, product costs and effectiveness of supply chain management.
9. Lead and contribute to an efficient and effective cash flow planning and management.
10. Maximize the profitability of the company by providing effective expenses & costs control and profit margin management.
11. Ensure that the financial information is prepared with consistently high standard.
12. Manage the financial performance of each company to help and ensure the agreed targets are met and variances are quantified.
13. Act as a business partner for the top management and to provide sound financial advice on decision making for every business transaction.
14. Establish clear systems of monitoring and managing the risks confronting each company.
15. Review contracts (with supplier, customer and distributor etc.) undertaken by each company to ensure that terms and conditions in the contract are duly observed by each company or third party.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

Professional accounting qualifications

5+ years in a MNC FMCG, pharmaceutical or other manufacturing organisation in a supply chain financial analyst role or similar.

Experience in a multi country/currency planning and reporting environment
