Responsibilities：

1. Supervise and manage basic administrative duties at location.
2. Ensure that the office equipment in the lobby and office is at all times fully functional.
3. Responsible for satisfactory office and factory security as per company policies, hereunder all systems and procedures related to security.
4. Ensure proper budgeting and cost monitoring and regularly conduct benchmarking of major cost items.
5. Maintain administrative working files in a current and orderly manner.
6. Identify and implement efficiency improvements within the organization through the continuous replacement of manual work with proper electronic solutions.
7. Ensure compliance to the laws of P.R. China as well as local regulations.

Requirements:

1. University degree ;
2. Min. 5 years relevant experience preferring in a similar size manufacture industries with good knowledge of the overall administration management, and with at least 2 year's experiece in leading a team;
3. Demonstrated abilities in problem solving and project management;
4. Familiar with local municipal and state regulations related to enterprises;
5. Demonstrated abilities in building relationship and managing communication with multiple parties and influencing others;
6. Good level of written and spoken English.
7. Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills;
8. Good analytical mind and customer oriented mindset;
9. Detail, patient and able to work effectively;
10. Possess enthusiasm, perseverance, and a strong desire to succeed.
