Job Description:
- To ensure that all local employees in China are paid accurately and on time;
- To ensure that effective and efficient payroll controls are in place;
- To ensure that the needs per business partners' requirements are met at all times;
- To provide performance management and career growth and development for team members to ensure continuous excellence and job satisfaction among employees;
- To ensure that all aspects of the payroll process comply with the policies and regulations laid down by the Group and PRC government bodies;
- To conduct regular review on the workflow and team structure to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:
- University or master degree;
- Minimum 5 years' executive experience in a HR business related role;
- Understand the company specific policies and local regulations in each entities as well as the impact to both the payroll and leave functions;
- Hands-on experience in Human Resources operation management and / or related skills, with good understanding of the business and organizational issues;
- Commercial orientated with an understanding of the bottom-line;
- Previous exposure in departments where regular decision making is required;
- Strong customer orientations. A high standard of interpersonal sensitivity, communication and judgment skills;
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work independently as well as part of a team.
