45% Digital workplace & communication
? Responsible for new digital workplace training and communication, coaching and guide users under global process. Support user to communicate with Global factory, on EVA room management, Office 365, SharePoint online, EVA mobile enrollment, one drive, Yammer.
? Keep sensibility about the new digital technology and solution, and have the ability and willingness to learn new technology
45% Project Management
? During Project period, responsible/assist for requirement gathering, technology governance, solution design review, testing arrangement.
? Manages and defines the reactive and proactive processes and activities required to design, implement, maintain, and improve related projects and process for Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Merck Group functions, ERP related and Local applications.
? Manage internal and externals resources effectively for proper business consulting, defect resolution and post go live support in timely manner. Ensure lessons learned and customer feedback is captured and taken into consideration in future projects.
? Make sure any critical defects are being addressed in timely manner.
10% GxP related tasks and application management
? BioPharma GxP related audit task: responsible Audit activities from IA, BT & corporate, local IA, QA, CFDA, new warehouse, warehouse movement, etc.
? Cooperate with QA about the GxP related work. Training, inspection, process, document preparation/review, etc.
? Application management: manage whole AM team services, to ensure AM team operation fit KPI, monitor/review security related issues.
Candidate’s Profile:
Education
? Bachelor’s Degree is required.
? Fluent in English (both written and oral)
? Studious on new technology, especially digital workplace
? Expertise on office software, especially on PPT
Professional Skills and Experience
? 2-3+ years of experience on managing/assist IT projects
? 1-3+ years of experience on business consulting experience on Pharma/Life Sciences/chemical commercial Business
? 1-2+ years of experience with leading business workshops, mapping business processes and data flows
? 1-3+ years of experience with CRM and ERP solutions
? 1-3+ years of experience in analytics technologies and System Integration
? Exposure to other Commercial related applications
? Experienced as business liaison with clear understanding of dynamics of business facing IT
Personal Skills & Competencies
? Ability to collaborate, partner effectively with others to get work done
? Ability to motivate and influence others without having direct control
? Customer service orientation
? Superior analytical ability
? Superior communication skills
