职位描述：
Production Lines:
- Develop automatic test to optimize Operator time for each operation.
- Optimization of the Testing Workstation.
- Improve repeatability and global quality of testing operations.
- Support production staff to make the operations go smoothly.

MES:
- Be part of the project team and handle the implementation of the system onto our production lines.
- Define the material to implement and link the MES system to the automatic tests.
- Get high skills on the system and debug when necessary.
Internal :
With hierarchical manager :
- Organization of daily work, strategy, plan of projects.
- Report the needs in order to be successful in the position.
- Report the difficulties.
- KPI will be set up and discussed with the Manager.

With other people of the team :
Build a win/win relationship with others members of the team.

With other departments:
R&D
Quality

External :
With supplier to develop new automatic testing tools.
With European team for the MES project.
Experience :
More than 5 years’ experience in a production service. Experience in industrial testing equipment field

Technical skills :
- Object programming software skills (C++) , (advanced software setup)
- Understand the interfaces between the electronic / soft / meca
- Knowledge regarding network (network topology)
- Administration Server Knowledge.
- Knowledge of industrialization.

Others (Behaviour skills, managerial skills …) :
English : Fluent spoken (Experienced with foreigners).
