Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement TS16949&ISO14001 for a new plant;

2. Provide quality system implementation training to team members;

3. Related quality documentation preparation;

4. Monitor the effectiveness of Quality system implementation;

5. Carry out internal checking according to related quality system requirement;

6. Provide onsite support in plant acc. to requirements;

7. Overall coordinate of internal and external quality system audit;

8. Review root cause analysis and action plan regarding system audit findings;

9. Improvement actions follow up and effectiveness verification;

10. Support specific quality system audit, such as customer audit;

11. Prepare management review and follow up the action plan;

12. Responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company




Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical , engineering or automotive manufacturing;

2. At least 6 years work experiences in quality assurance & quality system in Automotive industry;

3. Fluent English in oral and writing;

4. Solid experience on TS16949&ISO14001 implementation in automotive industry. qualified as internal auditor of ISO TS 16949 is better;

5. Experience in project management - PPAP, ANPQP, VDA;

6. Good Knowledge of methods for solving the problem (customer / supplier) - 8D Report, method of analysis (Ishikawa, 5Why). And Good Knowledge of statistical methods, metrology;

7. Great presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;

8. High integrity with motivation, can work independently with limited supervision;

9. High responsibility , Strong personality and ambitions, capable to work under pressure.
