Job Purposes:

• The owner of all customer-related activities. Special focus on the assigned Key Accounts & Key End Users. Achieve result oriented goals and implement business strategies.

Key Tasks:

• Daily business activities for all customers assigned, such as Pre-defined claim handling, Account Receivable, business forecast, and timely reporting, etc.
• Implement End User & Key Account Management system in the specific area to achieve goals.
• Building relationship network and identifying new business opportunities with assigned End-users & Key Accounts operating in the specified area.
• Commercialize joint projects with assigned Key Accounts & Key End Users and push through our organization.
• Effective project management by "linking" key end user projects with respective printers or key accounts.
• Leverage and coordinate all necessary resources to manage and expedite the processes of KA's choosing Raflatac as their strategic laminate supply partner.
• Plan, organize, involve and participate related local customer & end user activities, such as seminars, trainings, etc.
• Coordination of cross-functional team for the Key Accounts and key projects.
• Displaying a high level of professionalism and credibility towards customers and end users at all levels

Requirements

• Over 3 years sales experience, preferably with large account management experience
• Experiences selling to Home & Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage or Tire industries a big advantage
• Knowledge of packaging industry an advantage
