职位描述
Position 1: Quality & Reliability Manager
--Expats from HK, Singapore, Malaysia & local Chinese can be considered.
Responsibilities:
To define and recommend Strategy & Leadtime plans by defining the
product & quality strategies to meet expected performance, quality
and cost goals.
To review and approve submittals by the Production Engineering Teams
to change product or process designs to meet customer's requirements
or to support continuous improvement in quality, cost and
performance.
To review and approve design change recommendations to ensure the
integrity of the product/process changes and adhere strictly to
quality system, maintenance of QS/TS 16949 certification.
To develop departmental plans including a yearly budget, estimating
expenses, capital expenditure plan that the dept is properly equipped
to carry out its function.
To manage and execute the daily Quality functions - IQC, IPQC, OQC,
etc. to ensure quality awareness and execution in the manufacturing
processes.
To analyse customer product failures including preparation of 8-D
reports and vendor quality action reports in a timely and
professional manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronics, Mechanical, and
Engineering related.
Min 5 years experience in quality management in a high speed mfg
environment with min 3 years supervisory/management experience.
Certified in, or familiar with TS and/or QS certification process.
Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices.
Good understanding about project management for new product launch.
Familiar with BSEE or BSME.
Good command in English and Chinese (written and spoken) a must
5-day work week in Shenzhen Plant
Position 2:
QUALITY MANAGER (Based in Shenzhen, China)--Expats from HK, Singapore, Malaysia & local Chinese can be considered.
Responsibilities:
Lead quality analysis and reduce PPM (Part per Million) level
Lead Field Quality Engineers for all customer complaints and drive
for corrective actions and roll out implementation programmes
Lead Project Quality Engineers to ensure each project is launched
with proper validation and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
documentation
Train engineers on FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and DOE
(Design of Experiment) and design for Six Sigma
Regular reporting on quality performance index
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Megatronic Engineering required
Master Degree preferable
Minimum 11 years experience in Motor Design/Manufacturing Quality
Department required
Strong engineering background and analytical skill
Experience in APQP, DOE and Six Sigma
Strong leadership skill to lead more than 60 Quality Engineers and
Quality Analysts
Must be a change agent
Strong communication and presentation skill
Must be very proactive and result oriented
Motor design/manufacturing experience is preferred
Good command of English and Mandarin
5-day stationed in Shenzhen Plant
