Job Summary：

A Solution Architect (SA) guides the definition, development, deployment, and evolution of complex information systems:
？ Matching appropriate technology with customer needs
？ Maintaining the system’s conceptual integrity over time
？ Verifying that the system as built meets its requirements
？ Evolving the system to meet changing business needs and take advantage of appropriate new technologies

Experience Requirements:
1. 10-15 years (or above) working experience in manufacture or retail industry. (Must have)
2. 3-5(or above) projects solution architecture experience. (Must have)
3. Strong manufacture/Retail domain, CIM and ERP and others system knowhow (Must have)
4. Strong English communication capability, speaking and written. (Must have)
5. Fast and precise response to customer change request. Good customer handling skills. (Must have)
6. General skills in other technology, message bus, and system integration (Next have).
7. Understand client requirements, and the different stakeholder needs .
8. Develop architecture descriptions (models) that communicate to clients and builders with high fidelity .
9. Define the fundamental attributes of a system; those which largely determine value, feasibility, cost, and risk.
10. Translate client needs into technical terms, which transition smoothly into detailed engineering activities.
11. Synthesize satisfactory system concepts to structure ill-structured situations
12. Discover common themes from seemingly unrelated bits of data
13. Balance short- and long-term needs
14. Make decisions on technical problems, lacking a complete technical basis
15. Have multi-view representation and hard-soft decision methods .
