1. Position：Head of E&M LCMC Nansha


2. Purpose of position

Establish and lead the E&M team consisting of mechanical, electrical, measurement & control and qualification specialists. Assuring high available/well maintained plants and project execution at state of the art.

组建并领导包括机、电、仪及质量认证等专业在内的工程维修团队，确保工厂维修的可靠性及项目执行的完美性。


3. Organizational integration

The head of E&M reports to the Head of E&M LSIS and dotted line to the Head of LCMC Nansha and to the Head of E&M LCMC.

工程维修经理直线汇报给LSIS工程维修经理，虚线汇报给全球LCMC工程维修经理.


4. Main responsibilities

? Establish and lead E&M team for the business unit
? 组建并领导服务于LCMC业务板块的工程维修团队,
? Planning, organisation and monitoring of all maintenance aspects (regular maintenance, irregular maintenance, introduction of new products, change overs)
? 计划、组织并监控所有的维修活动（包括正常维修，非正常维修，新产品的引入，产品转换等）
? Responsible for maintenance budget and cost
? 负责维修预算及费用控制；
? Assure high availability of the plants
? 确保工厂的完好性；
? Implement continuous improvement in the maintenance processes
? 负责维修过程的持续改进；
? Define and implement measures to lower maintenance costs
? 定义及执行更低维修成本的测量；
? Participate in plant audits
? 参加工厂的审计；
? Represent maintenance interests in capital investment project teams
? 负责维持固定资产投资项目的管理；
? Assess technical fit for new products
? 评估新产品的技术适用性；
? Coordination of technical aspects for the evaluation/introduction of new products: KAM ？ evaluation team, costing ？ Basic Engineering ？ project
? 负责新产品评估及引入技术方面的总协调：客户？评估团队，报价？基础工程？项目
? Executes the conceptual and basic design of lump sum projects and small capital investments
? 负责执行小型固定资产投资项目的概念与基础设计
? Planning, organisation and monitoring of lump sum projects and small capital investments
? 负责计划、组织与监控小型固定资产投资项目
? Assist in the conceptual and basic design of large capital investments
? 协助大型固定资产投资项目的概念与基础设计
? Site capex manager of the business unit
? LCMC业务板块的固定资产投资经理
? Responsible for plant documentation, change control and qualification
? 负责管理工厂的文件、变更控制及质量认证
? Assure an adequate standardisation throughout the facilities
? 确保整个工厂设施的足够标准化
? Coordinate resources
? 负责协调平衡资源
? Interface to external engineering & workshop
? 负责外部工程维修服务的联系
? Responsible for the training of the E&M team.
? 负责工程维修团队的培训
? Responsible for technical training of operators on new and existing equipment
? 负责新增及现有设备的技术培训
? Maintain know-how exchange with other E&M heads on site
? 保持与其它工程维修团队的经验交流及分享
