职位描述：

1. Responsible for local and oversea payment timely and accurately.
2. Responsible for the safety of cash on hand.
3. Responsible for vendor invoices received, filing, recording and voucher keeping.
4. Responsible for Web-bank related issues.
5. Check employee reimbursement claim. Ensure all vouchers, supporting documents, and statements of all transactions are timely and properly filed according to the defined policies and standards.
6. Responsible for the cash and bank report and the impress report.
7. Ad hoc assignments.

OTHER RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENT :

Quick learning ability, ready & able to flexibly work in demanding, and rewarding environment.
Good teamwork and cooperation skills with employees in order to accomplish given tasks;
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Initiative;
Preferable with over 2 years relevant cashier or accounting assistant working experience.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills;

Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, professional and detail oriented.
