DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
? Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
? Supervise support staff in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
? Create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting Directors to win new clients.
? Reporting to owner on a regular basis in relation to negotiations and other matters of significance to clients.
? Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
? Attending marketing meetings with clients and organizing advertising material (e.g. signboards, brochures, press advertisements etc).
? Ensure market coverage is maximized.
? Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely efficient fashion benefiting the client.
? Other tasks as required / delegated.
REQUIREMENTS
? 3-4 years minimum real estate experience.
? Good command of Mandarin/English in reading and writing, familiar with Cantonese would be a plus
? Good communication skills
? Team work spirit
? Preferably with team management capability
