职位描述：

Job Responsibility:

Order Management

－Daily customer credit release

- Keep close contact and quick to resolve credit issue of customer

- Update DT customer order template

- Responsible for day to day DT order

- Daily tracker status and coordination to achieve the customer case-fill target

- Handle customer daily inquiry and delivery issue

- Provide reports to sales team (including capping balance report,stock report ect.)

- System related operation( SAP)

Reporting

- Daily stock report

- Daily capping balance report

- Daily unpaid invoice report

Service level & Customer Relation

-- Regular service review and info change with sales team

- Key operation loss analysis and drive the counted dept. to take action

- Customer relation management( prompt and proactive response on customer requirement, regular review, ect.)
