Job Descriptions:
Main functions and activities
Stock Management
1. Manage tools (Quota’s, Allocations, Reservations, material substitutions, plant determination, etc. Perform mitigation activities based on SM master data; Inform CF about stock out orders; Preform product substitution and/or backorders; )
2. Stock Management Reports (Analyze orders fulfillment; Identify shortages; Execute ATP process and/or generate deliveries)
3. Maintain reason codes for non-supply related issues
Proactive Stock Management & Allocation
1. Review stock availability for all products
2. Mitigate identified out of stock risks (Analyze stock out risks products; Determine potential stock out mitigation actions; Inform CF potential stock out issues or mitigate internally)
3. Apply allocation tools, based on agreed business rules, where mitigation is not possible
4. Proactively communicate to the Customer Facing specialists so they can proactively manage with Customers
Regular Stock Management
1. Confirm order quantities and generate the delivery(Check with 3PLP delivery status; Inform CF order can not be canceled; Cancel delivery/ cancel or modify the order accordingly via CRM; Inform CF on update status)
2. Prioritize order delivery generation following CD prioritization rules
3. Manage the shortage and establish prioritization based on predefined rules
4. Route communication between CS organization and 3PLP to manage order modifications

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, about 1 years working experience in stock management area
2. Microsoft office, especially Excel skill
3. Consumer & Customer Focus
4. Bias for Action
5. Accountability and Responsibility
6. Strong communication and co-ordination skills
7. Logical thinking and data sensitive
8. Good at time management
9. Quick learner with ability to work effectively
