职位描述：
JOB TITLE: Customer Care Specialist - 3P/客户服务专员-三方员工
JOB LOCATION: Hefei
DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for order to cash for customer, set up contact window with customer to improve customer service.

Job Description:
- Responsible for day to day order process;
- Daily track order status and coordination to achieve the customer case-fill target;
- Handle customer daily inquiry and delivery issue;
- Data analysis for case fill Loss reason ;
- System related operation (VMI&SAP&Data-hub);
- Regular service review and info change with sales team(DT);
- Key operation loss analysis and drive the counted dept. to take action;
- Customer’s stock level and 2nd case-fill tracking;
- Customer relationship management (prompt and proactive response on customer requirement, regular review, etc.) .

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor above, 1 year working experience in customer service, logistics related areas preferred
- Knowledge and information management, Microsoft office;
- Passion for growth;
- Able to work under pressure;
