职位描述：

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate cross functional business process kaizen: planning, schedule, kind of prework, lean tools and just-in time training,
Track and measurement performance of Kaizen events
Supporting various Department Heads to execute self driven Lean improvement initiatives
Analyze , track and measure Lean performance
REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business
The job requires frequent interaction with cross functional colleagues and across various BU, the job also requires critical personal tenant: Make change for the better.
The job requires below skills:
Toyota Production System ( Lean manufacturing, shop floor kaizen, business process kaizen, value stream mapping, OEE, TPM)
Delivery skills (analyzing, planning, detail-oriented implementing and self-disciplined
Business factors skill
Well written and spoken English
