职位描述：

Main responsibility

1.Develops, coordinates, and administers a variety of programmes and activities covering multiple HR activities.

2.Implement staffing activities on recruitment, hiring, transfer, separation, ensure job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization.

3.Develops and implements employee relations programs to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace, continuously enhance employee engagement.

4.Manage the employee communications to ensure any voice (policy, notice, announcement, etc) from mgmt to be well communicated within the plant.

5.Manage and improve the staff welfare and community service activities, promote and enhance company branding and culture.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent functional experience) and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

2.Skillful in interpersonal ,presentation and communication skills, good team player and passionate learner.

3.Proficient in both spoken and written English, competent in Microsoft software such as : Excel, PowerPoint, Words.
