Finance Manager – Taicang
财务经理

Responsibilities:

? Responsible for finance and accounting for manufacturing company, including financial and liquidity planning; monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reports; cash flow and etc.
负责工厂的财务会计管理事宜，包括月度、季度、年度财务报表，成本，现金管理等等；
? Taking care of the relationship with authorities, banks and customs
负责维护政府，银行和客户的关系；
? Expertise in financial planning, financial closing and report, external financing and budget control as well as in sales revenue, profit margins and cost analysis
负责公司财务预算，分析和报告，控制销售收入，利润和成本分析等财务预算；
? Maintain relationship with government institutions, including but not limited to Tax Office, Finance Bureau and SAFE, and handle their queries
定期维护沟通跟政府机构的关系，比如税务局，财政局，外管局等；
? Supervise the annual inspection as required by local government agencies
按照当地政府要求完成年度年检事宜；
? Supervise management of VAT invoices
增值税发票的管理；
? Responsible for establishing financial and accounting process control
负责财务及会计流程控制；
? Corporate finance and tax matters and Corresponding financial management work
公司融资及税务事项以及相应的财务管理工作；
? Daily cooperation and control
日常工作管理；
? Report to GM
直接向总经理汇报。

Requirements:

? University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
财务，会计等相关专业本科毕业；
? Above 5 Years working experience in Finance & Accounting in a manufacturing company in China, and at least 3 years in manager lever, preferably in an international/western company
五年以上工厂财务会计相关经验，三年以上管理经验；
? Knowledge about German (HGB) and/or international book-keeping standards (IFRS) and ERP system
熟悉德国或国际财务记账规则，和ERP系统；
? High analytical, conceptual and strategic competences
具有优秀的分析，战略和策略能力；
? Excellent business understanding, self-motivated, working hands-on
良好的商业理解能力，积极主动；
? Good communication and presentation skills, team player
良好的沟通和表达能力，有团队合作精神；
? Experienced accounting and Financial management
会计及财务管理经验；
? Emphasis will be placed on personal style and attitude
良好的个人品格和态度；
? Fluent in Chinese, English, international working experience is a plus
中文流利，英语优秀者或有外企工作经验优先录取。
