职位描述：
1.负责总公司各项销售政策的实施及各项制度的执行。
2.组织并参与市场调查和预测，及时反馈市场信息和客户要求。
3.会同销售部经理制定和完善销售承包责任制，制定年销售计划，各时期营销策略。
4.对营销网络的维护建立，并将信息及时反馈至公司总经理。
5.负责资金回笼工作，主持解决所有经济合同的纠纷事务。
6.会同公司总经理，生产技术部副总经理制订订货排产计划。
7.管理销售活动。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，市场营销相关专业，3年以上家装行业工作经验；
2、对家装市场有敏锐的洞察力、能够根据市场变化快速做出反应并制定相应的营销策略；
3、思维开阔，深谙市场规划与建设、市场营销策略、品牌管理，能操盘品牌运作，深刻理解组织的战略目标，从组织的整体和长期的角度出发，考虑决策、开展工作；
4、熟悉装饰行业市场状况和运作特点；
5、有良好的管理技巧和领导组织能力。
